I helped change out two vanities in Austin Tx a few years ago. The biggest supprise was that house had ceiling mounted HVAC and the drain line from the AC ran into the drain in the hall sink. Quite a shift of a KS boy! Tile work (walls and floor) was done by my daugher's friends crew. Eric has a local tile shop. If you are in Texas let me know and I will send a link on the shop. I suggested fillers to close the open space on each end of the presized cabinets which were smaller that the original built it units. I did a graphic insert of several different styles of styles - filler panels. Cabinets came from a local Lowes store
