I installed a danze tub faucet in a concealed section of a drop in tub.  The diverter failed and needed to be replaced.  My buddy at Dorfman Plumbing, Jill, arranged to have it replaced.  When the unit appeared, I pulled the tap and tried to put it in. BUZZ - did not fit.  So we tried again -BUZZ and on the 3 try, Danze sent both the brass and replacement diverter - BINGO  back and working again!  Thanks Jill and Danze for taking care of business!  above is the difference in size between the old and new diverters.  One look and you would know it did not fit?  NOPE, took me two times!  EACH time!

OOPS wrong again!  It failed yesterday!  Well how will round 4 go?  There is only one thing harder in life than plumbing!  I tell my Lowes customers that often.  It starts with an M, W or R.  What do you think it is?
